Podcast: Deliberate Blogging

I’ve been thinking for a while now about starting a podcast, or at least doing more audio for my blogs, so yesterday on the spur of the moment I decided to record a podcast as I drove home from work.

In this brief audio I talk about “deliberate blogging”, which to me means doing things with your blog in a deliberate way to maximise your effectiveness, rather than just doing things at random and hoping for the best.

Warning: the sound quality is a little poor and there are some annoying noises now and then when my iPhone mic rubbed against my clothing.

  1. Hey Paul,
Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed that podcast and think that if you could keep up the quantity of them you would have quite a popular podcast (especially if you got it on itunes!).

    • Hey Tom, thanks for that feedback, and yes its definitely something I’ve thought about and discussed with a lot of people. We’ll see what happens but I think if it was done right then it could be a good thing.

  2. I forgot to add. I actually enjoyed the really slight traffic noise in the background – so maybe a podcast while driving could become your regular setting?
