Thanks Paul! I wanted all my dates to be hidden, so I needed to take out the “php the_time” tags in some other templates as well. Once one understands the logics behind these templates, it is quite easy to chose where to show the dates and where not to…

You can check Oozman’s Date Remover plugin. http://oozman.com/oozing/ideas/archives/oozman-date-remover-wordpress-plugin

It works great for me. I’ve tried this also on Thesis theme and it works great as well.

Great post. I am using the Thesis theme and I didn’t know how to remove the post date from my posts prior to reading this article. Thanks for taking the time to explain how to do it. It was very helpful.
