Does Google Chrome work for WordPress bloggers?

Dana Blankenhorn at ZDNet writes:

I use Explorer to write posts here because Chrome does not yet support the WordPress visual editor.

I’m not sure what Dana is on about there, I’m writing this post in Google Chrome and its working just fine.

WordPress is completely screwy in Chrome and has been for some time. It seems to be a problem arising from the way Chrome deals with frames of some kind of layout factor. Entry at the bottom of a page might jump to the top of a page, borders may suddenly appear round a block of entry writing for no reason. Seems that Chrome is too clever by half and has some kind of method of copying images and frames and similar advanced stuff which WordPress cannot handle. GMail produces the same kind of problems when you try and copy text from sites and an image enters the copy block.
