For Day 5 of my birthday week giveaways the prize is a guest post for your blog written by me.
I set myself a goal for 2010 of writing at least 10 guest posts. The winner of this prize will be the first blog that I write a guest post for this year.
Casting such a wide net for my first potential guest post is probably a risky move. There is no telling what type of blog I will end up writing for when the random winner is announced! But I figure it is best to run with it and let fate decide where my first guest blog post will be, rather than try to attach any rules or limitations to the process.
How to Win a Guest Post by Me
Entering in the draw for this prize is simple. There are two ways to enter, giving you two chances of winning if you do both.
Get one entry by leaving a comment below explaining why you want to win the guest post by me on your blog. Make sure you leave your real email address in the comment so that I can contact you if you are the winner.
Get a second entry by following me on Twitter and clicking the Retweet button at the top of this post. If your Tweet is drawn as the winner I will contact you by DM so you need to be following me to win.
The prize will be drawn on Sunday 28th of February 2010 at 9:00pm (GMT+10). The winner will be chosen by placing all of the comments and Twitter entries into an Excel spreadsheet and using Random.org to generate the winner number.

I love your content and would love to have some of that quality displayed on my blog!
I love having guest posters on my blog from a wide range of perspectives. If would be totally awesome if you guest posted for me!
Paul – I would love to have you do a guest post on my blog! Your teaching perspective can apply not just to blogging but to living a healthy lifestyle.
I would get a kick out of winning a guest post by you because you probably spend far too much time in front of your computer and could use a good hike. That’s right, a hike, because my site is devoted to hiking (usually with old abandoned “treasure” as the destination) and reporting back with pics.
I like reading your blog, Paul. Your articles are helpful to bloggers who seek for improvements.
I’ll be proud to have you as a guest poster for my blog. My readers will enjoy reading your post just like I do on your blog. :)
Since the goal of my blog is to help others blog better, I believe a guest from the Blogging Teacher will be totally relevant. Plus, I think you have a very engaging writing style which will compliment the content that is already there. And I know my readers will certainly enjoy it.
I sure hope I win! :)
And once again, Happy Birthday! I hope your week has been going wonderfully. Have a great weekend.
Finally, something that I don’t already own and could win! :-)
Would love to have a guest-post from you, Paul.
Good luck to other posters.
Karen
Hey Paul, I stumbled across your twitter profile from a RT which lead me to your blog…
I’d like to have you guest post on my blog… You’re a fellow 3T member, so you’re all good in my book there. But in all honesty I haven’t read any post on your blog except for this one, so that’s what I’ll be doing after my comment.
So, if you don’t pick me… I’d recommend picking Tom from Build That List… He’s got a solid blog with good content on it…
Well how cool would that be, for the Blogging Teacher to guest post on the Blogmistress – that would be a treat, and not just for my readers!
I’d love your guest blog on my site because of the piquancy of expertise it would imbibe.
That and the long words.
Just. . . .
Happy birthday . . .
