Birthday Giveaway #3 – Win Chris Garrett’s Guest Posting Guide

Post image for Birthday Giveaway #3 – Win Chris Garrett’s Guest Posting Guide

For Day 3 of my birthday week giveaways the prize is a free copy of Chris Garrett’s Guest Posting Guide and course.

I set a goal for 2010 of doing at least 10 guest posts but I knew I was going to need some help.  I’ve always looked up to Chris for his prolific guest posting and so when I saw this workbook and mini-course combo I signed up straight away.

The workbook starts by teaching you the benefits of guest posting, how to find guest posting opportunities, and then creating and submitting guest posts.  Chris then takes you through some of the perils and pitfalls of guest posting and teaches you how to avoid them.  Finally he takes you through how to generate guest posting ideas using just a few simple techniques.

The workbook is so useful on its own but he didn’t stop there.  Chris also provides a membership site with guest posting resources such as forms, checklists, and workflows, as well as a video lesson explaining how it all hangs together.

How to Win the Guest Posting Guide

Entering in the draw for this prize is simple. There are two ways to enter, giving you two chances of winning if you do both.

Get one entry by leaving a comment below explaining why you want to win the guest posting guide. Make sure you leave your real email address in the comment so that I can contact you if you are the winner.

Get a second entry by following me on Twitter and clicking the Retweet button at the top of this post. If your Tweet is drawn as the winner I will contact you by DM so you need to be following me to win.

The prize will be drawn on Sunday 28th of February 2010 at 9:00pm (GMT+10). The winner will be chosen by placing all of the comments and Twitter entries into an Excel spreadsheet and using Random.org to generate the winner number.

I am just starting to see the benefits of guest posting, and currently have a few set to go live on a couple of blogs any day now! I’d love to hear what Chris has to say on the topic!

Pick me pick me!!

I’ve never guest posted, but need to get started. This would be perfect.

I’d like to win because I am stuck when it comes to writing posts on my own blog so I think when I have topics to write about on another person’s blog I will get back into my groove of writing.

I would LOVE to win this. I am pushing myself outside my comfort zone and writing which means pushing myself to write outside that comfort zone.

Plus Mama always taught me that proper etiquette and manners are needed when you are a guest, so what better way to learn than with a guide book ! LOL

I would love lov love to win this guide. I’m trying to take blogging more serious this way and think this would really give me a big push.

Thanks for the giveaway.

Hi Paul,

Just wanted to chime in and say that while I almost had second thoughts when I bought this guide (as you know), I am really impressed with the amount of resources Chris has provided for the entire guest posting membership site. I bought the ebook and while it’s good, I’m really impressed that with buying it, you get access to all of the other resources on his guest-posting membership site. I must admit that the whole workbook and resources are the best $10 that I’ve spent on the internet in a long time. It’s totally worth the cost of buying the ebook.

I don’t need the workbook, so good luck to the others :-)

Thanks,
Karen

From what Karen says, I believe that’s a good resource for me. I’ve guest posted once, but I don’t know how was the result. Was it effective and in the end brings benefit to me? – brand building, traffic etc.

I wanna do everything to improve my guest posting skills and I believe this one is gonna help me.
