For Day 2 of my week of birthday giveaways the prize is a single-user license of Thesis premium theme for WordPress by DIYThemes, valued at $87.
Thesis is one of the most popular premium themes available for WordPress thanks to its amazing flexibility and rich feature set.
Thesis is not just a theme, its a theme framework. Unlike other premium themes that sell you a particular look and feel, a default install of Thesis gives you a minimalist blog design with pixel perfect layouts and beautiful typography that you can build upon.
Under the hood Thesis provides a rich set of customization features, includuing controlling how many sidebars your blog has, which fonts are used, color controls for every single element, and a fully customizable navigation menu. For those not afraid to edit a little code you can go even further and customize your blog so that it looks completely unique. Check out these 10 amazing designs, all running on Thesis.
And unlike other premium themes your customizations are stored in just two files, so they are not lost each time you receive upgrades to Thesis.

I agree that Thesis is a great premium theme. Those are some great sites that you listed. The customizations are quite unbelievable.
You are being very generous with your giveaways during your birthday week, Paul :-)
Who doesn’t want the Thesis theme for their WordPress blog? It’s one of the most recognized and most popular premium themes ever. It would be an unbelievable learning experience to work with Thesis.
Thanks for hosting this great giveaway!
I’ve looked at many themes for my blog and I must say that Thesis is one of my favorite possibilities – I’d love to win a copy!
I desperately need to redo my blog and several other sites, including a business site. I am looking at buying Headway but would like to use both Headway and Thesis to see what each of their strengths are. I’ve heard good things about both of them.
Thesis is clearly one of the better premium themes out there. I’ve spent a lot of time with several of the free frameworks like Carrington and Sandbox. To win your contest would be cool as it would allow me to dive into the theme code and really learn all about why everyone seems to think it is so amazing. Then, I’d be better able to promote it to clients and others.
Either way, thanks for the opportunity. Very generous of you. And Happiest of Birthdays as well, my friend!
I love the Thesis theme! and would love the opportunity to use it on my blog. It is such an easy to sculpt framework. Already following you and just RT’ing now.
I’ve been wanting to get a hold of Thesis so I can learn how to work with it. Plus, my boyfriend is starting his own blog soon and is leaning toward Thesis, so it would be killing two birds with one stone.
Happy birthday!
I’m pretty much brand new to the blogging scene. But I have been using different paid and free wordpress themes for websites for a few months now. It hasn’t been a pleasant experience. They are just too limiting, or too buggy, or just too frustrating. Sounds like Thesis is exactly what I have been looking for. I sure hope I win.
I like to enter the contest. I am trying to set up a blog. This app will certainly help me to create and customize some nice themes so my blog can have a unique look. Thanks. Followed twitter @7coord
Having never used Thesis, and having heard so much from you Paul, I really want to get my grubby hands on it and experiment with it! I create all my Wordpress themes from scratch, so I’m very keen on a time-saving framework.

I’m about to start a personal site and I’d like to give Thesis a try. I currently use Flexx on my history blog, but it’s support and customization leaves much to be desired, so I’m ready to make the switch.
Oh, what a wonderful opportunity to win this flexible theme :) – I have been trying out some different designs over the last couple of months. My blog just needs a new ‘face’. I believe that this theme would help me to put a face on my blog that is just me :)
Thank you again for the opportunity to win this theme…off to follow you on twitter
Looking for a framework to speed up site development. Haven’t tried it yet.
Thanks for giving everyone here a chance to win one of the best themes to date. I’ve wanted the this theme since I found it several months ago but being out of work makes it hard to afford it so winning this theme would mean a lot to me. Thanks again for the oppertunity.
I started a blog in the spirit of Julie & Julia. It’s part of my already unweildy fiddleguru web. I’ll be breaking it out and publishing it as a stand alone. Thesis, Headway and Frugal all seem to be in the same league. If Thesis really beats the others, I would like to know why.
I want to win a copy of Thesis because I like learning about design and I have just recently moved to WordPress.
Paul.. give me the Thesis Premium Theme..!! I love it soo much :)
Thanks for offering such great prize. I’m a graphic designer + coder. Thesis allows me to do almost anything. I can hard code and tweak the theme the way I want.
Thesis is the best SEO built theme I’ve seen.
If i win Thesis Premium WordPress Theme, i will add your banner in the widget until my domain is expire.
For sure.
:)
